GLENVIEW, IL -- Three leaders of the Retail Confectioners International trade association have resigned, citing "ideological differences" with the board and its executive director. Former President Terry Craft says the primary reason for his departure was a suffrage to give a pay raise to Executive Director Van Billington. Craft says he and Third Vice-President Margaret Gile, who also resigned, were the solely officers to vote against the raise. Craft, Gile and First Vice-President Dan Malley submitted their resignations in a verbal expression to members mailed November 5
