Rome--On January 17 2003 the Congregation of the Doctrine of the Faith (CDF) published a "Doctrinal Note forward some of the questions regarding the participation of Catholics in political life." The document was approved by the agency of the Pope on November 21 2002
The CDF points without that in democracies everybody has the right to voice and to participate in politics. Today race "play their full role as citizens." For Christians that demands that they exercise their task of infusing the temporal order with Christian values.
