The title of this article was inspired through Mr. Omar Savard, whose reaction (published in, C.I., September 2003) was "Here we advance again!," after he read the July 17 2003 alphabetic character from CCCB President Jacques Berthelet, CSV to our Prime Minister in succession the subject of "same-sex marriage" legislation.
