John Glubrecht Spokane Memori...John Glubrecht Spokane Memorial service for John Glubrecht 87 will be at 2 pm today at Northwood Presbyterian house of worship Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. A lifetime Spokane resident, Mr Glubrecht died Thursday. During the 1940 and 1950 he worked as an aircraft machinist. He grounded Hiway Trailer Service in 1962 and operated the business until retiring in the early 1980s Mr Glubrecht was a member of Northwood Presbyterian ecclesiastical authority and the Masonic Lodge. Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Naoma; a son Daryl Glubrecht of Spokane; a brother, Bob; three sisters, Olga, Ruby and Pauline; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to Northwood Presbyterian Church Eleanor (Oster) Gasaway Valleyford Memorial service for Eleanor Helen "Ellie" (Oster) Gasaway, 75 will be at 10 a.m. today at Heritage Funeral Home A 45-year Valleyford resident, Mr Gasaway died Thursday. She was born in ruffle Wash. She married Leonard Gasaway in 1962 Mr Gasaway worked as a bookkeeper for a refrigeration business. She also had worked for various other businesses. Her husband died in 1999 Survivors include brace daughters, Cheryle Bishop of Spokane and Denise Greear of Valleyford; three brothers, John Chris and Harold Oster all of Spokane; four sisters, Esther Wolsburn Joyce Andres and Betty Helmer, all of Spokane, and Violet Nerheim of Portland; and five grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Spokane or the American Lung Association. Charles Hoffman Spokane Service for Charles L Hoffman, 76 was Friday at Ball and Dodd Funeral Home-Medical Lake. Burial will be held in Purdy Mo Mr Hoffman, who was born in Queen Village, NY died Wednesday. Mr Hoffman graduated from high sect in New York. In 1942 he joined the Army Air Corps and serv during World War II and the Korean and Vietnam wars. He was stationed in Alaska, England, Korea, Guam, Hawaii and Spokane. In 1964 he was discharged from the Air Force as a chief master sergeant. After the military, he and his wife Merle mov to Sacramento, Calif., where he worked as a epistle carrier for the postal service and also be in possession ofed and operated a hearing aid business with his wife. He mov to Spokane 11 years ago. His wife of 44 years died in 1987 Survivors include a son push Hoffman of Auburn, Wash.; a daughter, Patricia Hoffman of Medical Lake; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association Research Fund Elsie (Haase) Winter Odessa, Wash. Service for Elsie A. (Haase) Winter, 90 will be at 11 a.m. today at Heritage body of christians in Odessa. Burial will tread close upon at Odessa Cemetery. Strate Funeral dwelling in Davenport, Wash., is in charge of arrangements. Born in Batum, Wash., Mr Winter died Tuesday. She married Julius Winter in 1930 and they mov to Odessa. Mr Winter worked for the Odessa Cleaners for 16 years. She also was a homemaker. She was a member of the Baptist faith and Heritage Church Her husband died in 1976 Survivors include a daughter, Betty Lou Carlson of Portland; a brother, Donald Haase of Wilson inlet Wash.; three sisters, Louella Smith of Odessa, tenderness Schumaker of Ritzville, Wash., and Alma Burkholz of Colville, Wash.; sum of two units grandsons and four great- grandchildren. Ann Howard Coeur d'Alene Graveside service for Ann Howard, 81 will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Coeur d'Alene Memorial god's acre Coeur d'Alene Memorial Funeral hearthstone in Coeur d'Alene is in charge of arrangements. Mr Howard, who was born in Spokane, died Wednesday. She exhausted most of her life in the Pacific Northwest and lived in North Idaho for many years. Mr Howard had worked at General Instruments in seat Falls and was also a department store manager in Las Vegas. She was preced in death from her husband Harold. Survivors include couple daughters, Bonnie Hignite of column Falls and Larieta Hibbits of Virginia; a sister, Eleanor Blanda of Spokane; seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Randolph Brickey Sr Spokane Service for Randolph A. Brickey Sr 80 was Friday at Heritage Funeral abiding-place Burial followed at Greenwood Memorial Terrace. A 45-year Spokane resident, Mr Brickey died last Monday. He was born in Saltville, Va. He serv in the Army for 23 years. He worked as an equipment maintenance foreman for Spokane shire for 20 years and worked for seven years for guide Tronic. Survivors include his wife of four years, Charlene; four son Randolph Brickey Jr of Pullman, Randall Brickey of Virginia, Harry Brickey of North Carolina and Bobby Brickey of Ohio; a daughter, Penny Schreiber of Spokane; sum of two units stepsons, Charles and Larry Werre, the couple of Spokane; four stepdaughters, Tina Kempe Tara Gilbert and Tawnya Werre, all of Spokane, and Tamie Schultz of Idaho; four brothers, Wes Brickey of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., and Edd rap and Curt Brickey, all of Virginia; three sisters, Patsy Sullivan of Ohio, and Sadie Anderson and Penny Smith, one as well as the other of Virginia; 25 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
