Security is now the dominant framework for understanding the recent world in the United States. It is enshrined as the two law (e.g., the USA Patriot Act, 2001) and official policy (i.e., the National Security Strategy of the USA, 2002) Significant resources are being dedicated to maintaining and increasing security, as well as the deployment of technologies to identify and preempt possible threats to security. Many
