Who is responsible if fitters moving furniture as a goodwill gesticulate cause damage?

Q: I lately supplied and fitted some carpet for a customer who is complaining that it was incorrectly described and mis-sold. We sold the carpet as 80% wool/20% nylon if it be not that the consumer claims he has seen an advert on the manufacturer stating that it was 100% wool He wants us to provide him with the same carpet in 100% wool Where do I stand?
