The CEO of an offshore bank that was slammed in a U Senate report about dirty foundations has been arrested and charged with coin laundering, reports UPI (April 30 2002) Venezuelan businessman Rodolfo A. Requena, 51 is accused of agreeing to launder supplys through Dominica-based British Trade and intercourse Bank. He pleaded innocent to individual count of money laundering.
