STARTING OUT: "As. a kid, I used to play music and dance around my play I'd watch movies on weekends from early in the morning till late at night. I lov TV more than anything other At college, I majored in film theater, and television, and got an internship with a local cable station in Philadelphia."

FIRST JOB: In high academy Hackett worked at a neighborhood bakery in Philadelphia. "I was in charge of putting the rosebud forward birthday cakes."

OBSTACLES: "Money was definitely my biggest obstacle. In corporation I took a lot of unpaid internships, likewise I had to work side just to pay my rent"

TIPS FOR TEENS: "Stay focused forward what you're passionate about, and don't take no for an answer. Treat each job along the way as-a stepping-stone to your goals."
