It's about living in a brand-new social situation, away from to one's home With high energy and willingness to help, Resident's Assistants (RAs) are carefully choiceed and trained to help scholars especially freshman, fit in and be perceived comfortable. Typically, they resolve roommate conflicts, advise in succession what clubs and organizations to join and help observers plan their programs. RAs are assigned a space in a residence hall, with 35 scholars to advise. According to Joanne, being an RA has been, "the best time of my life!"
