When you scan the work at jobs listings, you'll notice that one companies are asking applicants to E-mail their take backs Great idea, but there is a catch. If you forward your resume in the inappropriate format, you might actually be E-mailing your potential employer pages of nonsense characters. In order to guarantee a fail-safe E-resume it's best to despatch your resume in ASCII, or plain thesis format, in the body of the E-mail message. Rebecca Smith, E-resume guru warns against sending your take again as an attachment unless you are certain the company has an E-mail rule that can read attachments. Instead, expand a separate word-processing file and create your take again in plain text (ASCII), also known as topic only. If you already have a take back in word-processing format, you can save it as plain passage and re-do some of the spacing and formatting. Then, chop and paste your resume into an E-mail message.
