"We are in the decade of the environment," says Philip G Gibson, PhD an instructor at Gwinnett Technical corporation in Georgia. Gibson, who has created more than 3000 landscape plans, teaches courses as part of Gwinnett's environmental horticulture program. "There is about sort of horticultural program with a design ingredient at most two-year colleges," says Bowers.
