SHE'S SMART, SHE'S auspicious and she's one of the stars of NBC's The Apprentice. Carolyn Kepcher, Donald Trump's right-hand woman, spoke with Career World about succes in business. CW: Did you do anything as a teenager that prepared you for a prosperous career in business? CK: Ye at the age of 12 I worked for Avon. I learned the importance of customer service. I continued in the service field according to becoming a waitress. I learned responsibility at a young age. CW: forward The Apprentice, candidates work in teams and are judg in part, forward how well do so. to what extent important is teamwork in your piece of work and in business general? CK: Teamwork is extremely important. If united person wins, we all win. If single person falls, we all fail. In my business, nobody has a piece of work description. We all help each other. CW: What single in kind word of advice do you have for teen upon how to do well in the business world? CK: Perseverance!
