* We will continue to provide a compendium of presentation outlines at CSM: greatest in number Sections are providing a compendium.

* at liberty to Section members and charge a nominal remuneration to non Section members.

* many Sections offering handouts/outlines forward Section Webpages => this is something the Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Section will investigate. I will coordinate with Diane Madras, the web master.

Audiovisuals:

* LCD projectors:

* principally speakers are interested in using a LCD projec tor/power point for presentations.

* High outlay item.

* To postpone cost, we will try to use Section member's LCD projectors during parley

Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Reception:

* I will coordinate with APT,'s Meeting Services and Section Treasurer to determine cost-effective/central location for events to come receptions.

* Investigate "teaming" with other Sections for reception.

* Probable locations include discourse hotel or convention center.

* expenses: food/beverage, location, set-up

National learner Conclave:

* This annual fact is planned and organized by dint of APTA staff with the assistance of the learner Assembly Board of Directors to provide educational programming to physical therapy scholars Annually, a mailing is sent to program chairs to assist in the acquisition of speakers near the region that the meeting is held.

* I will be asking for speakers in the geographic region of the conclave in the same near future.
