The view of this report is to update the membership of what has occurr re: Bylaws during the past year.

1 At the year 2000 CSM meeting the Bylaws Chair reported to the Executive Committee that APTA suited a copy of the Section's incorporation papers from the State of Georgia. APTA emergencys these papers to confirm that this section is in fact incorporated as stated in our Bylaws. To date I have not received a duplicate of the Incorporation to fling to APTA.

2. Our bylaws are in compliance in view of the 9/2000 information from the composing office which has (a) a Mandatory Change in the extension date for "student and pupil affiliate members ... to record into the Career Starter befittings Program." This extension date is from 30 days to 120 days. Since CVP bylaws says "identical to those [bylaws] of the Association," our bylaws does not ne to be revised. (b) Graduate pupil Dues**IMPORTANT.** APTA now has a graduate observer category and "if the constituent bylaws do have a to be ascribeds rate specifically for graduate learners then the dues rate for graduate bookish mans will be deemed to be equal to the component's scholar rate." Our bylaws does mention "Graduate Student" in Article IV Section 1 it does not mention, however, graduate scholar and the amount of oweds in Article XI Section 3A. If the membership be impresseds that the graduate student should pay more or a different rate than the scholar rate, then a bylaws change will be necessary for Article XI Section 3A.
