Laughter exercises facial, upper extremity, thoracic and abdominal muscles as well as the diaphragm, dissipates calories, increases pulmonary tidal whirl and perfusion and decreases residual body improves circulation and dilates life-blood vessels, releases muscular tension, diminishs levels of stress hormones, boost immune method function, relieves pain, increases endorphin flushs diffuses negative emotions, and suppresse postprandial life-blood glucose rise. Studies of humor in nonmedical workplaces display that it enhances productivity, aids mental acuity, and diminishes alienation, conflict, and absenteeism.
