Cleveland-based NPC [NAP] is processing Internet card transactions
for Minneapolis-based Best purchase Co.[BBY]. The transactions will be
generated by way of Best Buy's virtual store, www.bestbuy.com. NPC also
provides credit card processing for purchases made at Best Buy's
