National Fraud Center deflects Attention To Web

Jan. 04 2000 (CARD stranges Vol. 14, No. 25 via COMTEX) -- The National

Fraud Center formed in 1982 to deliberate with businesses, government

consumer to help intercept fraud, launched an online subsidiary, the

Internet Fraud Authority to address what it views as a growing problem
