Phoenix-based ITG assign places to April 3 announced that its Card Services Division will open 10,000 Hypercom ePic ICE 5000 touch screen- based high-speed card payment terminals. The Hypercom terminals will form a part of an electronic transaction processing retail merchant network, combining a credit/debit payment application with a mobile phone top-up service at the point-of-sale. Hypercom's ePic ICE 5000 is a
