OTI AND P-CARD combination of parts to form a whole ANNOUNCE EUROPE-WIDE LOYALTY AND PAYMENT PROGRAM

system Jan. 15 announced their agreement to jointly launch a payment
and loyalty contact/contactless smart card solution to issuers quite through
Europe. The agreement between OTI and P-Card connected view will result in
the first Europe-wide currency-independent payment and loyalty smart
