CONSYGEN AND CARDSERVICE REACHES FORMAL AGREEMENT

based ConSyGen [CSGI], a high technology software increase and
R&D company and provider of criminal converse solutions, Feb. 14 announced
it has reached a formal agreement with Cardservice International Inc.,
a provider of real-time safe credit card transactions to merchants,
to rollout ConSyGen's BizPay, an e-commerce and payment solution
that enables Person-to- bodily substance (P2P), Consumer-to-Business (C2B),
and Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions,
