First Data Corp. (FDC) forward April 9 announced a licensing agreement with the Industrial & Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), China's largest bank and the 10th largest bank in the world. ICBC has signed a deal to use the card processing software exhibited by PaySys International, a subsidiary of First Data. ICBC has approximately 84 million cards, primarily debit cards, forward file and will use the PaySys software
