(DRFL) and SECO Inc., a privately held company, July 24 announced that it has signed a three- year agreement with Chase Merchant Services, LLC a joint peril between Chase Merchant Ventures, Inc., a subsidiary of JP Morgan Chase Bank, a subsidiary of JP Morgan Chase &
