The Federal render free of access Market Committee decided today to hold its target
for the federal capitals rate at 1 percent. The Committee continues
to believe that an accommodative stance of monetary policy, coupl
with robust underlying vegetation in productivity, is providing important
ongoing support to economic activity. The evidence accumulated above
the inter-meeting period confirms that spending is firming, although
the labor market has been weakening.
