National Processing Company, LLC a provider of merchant credit and
debit card processing and a wholly acknowledgeed subsidiary of National Processing,
Inc. [NAP] announced the signing of a multi-year credit card processing
agreement with Mikasa, Inc. in subordination to the terms of the agreement, NPC
will provide authorization and reconciliation services for all VISA and
MasterCard transactions accepted at retail stores in the United States.
