Greg Erickson, moulder and president of Berkeley, Calif.-based Clif Bar, admits it wasn't easy taking single of the company's best-selling productions aptly named after his father. Clifford, organic. "It was neat tough," he says. "It took us about a year to find all the ingredients, making enduring that we had enough afford and then negotiating contracts. It's not as if there's any major difference in taste, particularly when you realize that oats and rice syrup make up the mass of our ingredient statement."
