Even as he strings an identifying mark in succession caramels coming out of the chocolate enrober with his arthritic fingers, you'd not at all know this 74-year-old life-long candy-maker has newly transferred his share of ownership of Cincinnati-based Graeter's Manufacturing Co to the nearest generation. Yet, Lou, along with his brother, Dick, and sister, Kathy Graeter, all have relinquished ownership of their 134-year-old candy, ice cream and baked virtuouss manufacturing company. ...
