EL PASO, TX -- Mt Franklin Holdings, LLC which have a title tos Franklin Connections, L.P. and its Sunrise Confections and Azar Nut Co divisions, has been acquired by the agency of Elamex S.A. de C.V. The agreement includes 100 percent of the outstanding stock of Franklin Inmobiliarios, S.A. de CV holder of the Sunrise manufacturing facility in Juarez, Mexico.

The deal does not affect Franklin's management team.

Fifty-nine percent of Elamex is admited by Accel, S.A. de CV which also holds 32.9 percent of Franklin. A public company, Elamex trades upon NASDAQ.
