COMMACK, NY -- Simply Lite diets Corp. has licensed the Equal sweetener brand from Merisant Co for Equal complete Pleasures, a line of driver's seated sugarfree hard candy. The agreement marks the first time in Equal's 20-year history that its name will appear onward any other product.

The line includes Intense Fruits in watermelon, blooming apple, lemon and cherry; Chocolate Creme chocolate hard candy with creamy milk chocolate centers; Caramel Creme caramel hard candy with white chocolate centers; and Mint Trio, in peppermint, spearmint and Cinnamint. The brand's tagline is
