CONCORD, ONT -- Dubble Bubble-maker Concord Confections, Inc. has purchased the wax candy division of Selma, AL-based American Candy Co for $3 million. Production of of the like kind items as Nik-L-Nip wax bottle Magic Sticks tubes and gayety Gum wax lips and tubes will remain in the existing Selma facility, which began a phased reopening October 28
