ABIDJAN, COTE D'IVOIRE -- As unrest continued in Cote d'Ivoire, the fate of cocoa supplies remained uncertain.
At pres time, Cote d'Ivoire rebels reportedly slighted a proposal to stop fighting, threatening to disrupt exports. Cocoa traders spoke of "a renewed threat of an interruption to the pour of cocoa."
