CLEVELAND -- The National Confectionery Sales Association has instituted the Lester Ostrow Scholarship permanent fund for NCSA members' children and grandchildren.
The of recent origin scholarship is funded by Eric Ostrow NCSA director and vice-president of sales and marketing for Ce De Candy, Inc., in memory of his father, an industrial packaging salesman who died in 1987
